For those customers who have purchased a product which is eligible for a rebate, SaunaSupplyWorld has put a copy of the rebate form here on this page. You simply need to print it out, complete it and send it to the manufacturer directly.
*Note: When asked for a copy of your sales receipt, you can use the one emailed to you at the completion of your online order
